ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
2026 Membership Rates (plus tax)
One-time non-refundable Initiation Fee: $550.00
Annual Family Membership Dues (2 adults and their children): $495.00
Annual Individual Dues (1 individual, age 18+): $350.00
Annual Senior Dues (A couple, age 65+): $350.00
All annual memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.
Other Fees
Guest pass: $7.00 guest fees during Membership Drive, $10.00 starting 5/15 *
Babysitter pass: $100.00 with a Family membership
Grandchild pass: $100.00 with a Senior or Family membership
Online Credit Card Processing Fee: 4%
NSF Check Fee: $30
*Guest passes do not roll over year to year.
Waitlist
At this time, Family Memberships are subject to a waitlist.
Individuals interested in an Individual or Senior Membership are encouraged to contact membership via email at membership@blackoakswimclub.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure placement on the waitlist. This deposit will be applied toward the initiation fee upon acceptance of membership when availability permits.
Please be advised of the following conditions:
- Membership offers, to waitlisted families, will begin to be extended in early to mid-March.
- You will have 1 week to accept the offer and pay. Payment must be made to secure your spot.
- The estimated wait time is currently approximately two seasons; however, we cannot guarantee availability, as movement on the waitlist is dependent upon current member renewals and whether individuals ahead of you choose to accept or decline their membership offers.
- A waitlist position may be deferred once. Any additional deferral will require reapplication to the waitlist, along with submission of a new deposit.
