Black Oak Swim Club is one of South Dayton’s premier member-owned swim and tennis clubs, offering a large heated swimming pool with diving boards, green space, and a family-friendly environment tailored to all ages. The property includes tennis courts, ample deck space with tables and chairs, loungers, a clubhouse available for private rentals in the off-season, parking for members and guests. The club provides a competitive Swim & Dive team, one on one coaching (availability is limited), and a variety of social events throughout the season. As a year-round community hub, with the primary pool season in summer, Black Oak combines professional management with a warm, neighborhood feel, offering strong value and high demand that has resulted in an active membership waitlist.
